Green eMotion conference will showcase an interoperable electromobility system for Europe
The EU's flagship electromobility project, Green eMotion has organised for the first time an electric vehicle rally from the Green eMotion demo regions to Brussels. Seven Teams – RSE (Milano), Verbund (Austria), ESB (Belfast/Dublin), EdF (Strasbourg), TÜV Nord (Hanover), RWE (Essen), Nissan (Paris) – are driving to Brussels. The tour will culminate in a high-level conference with Vice-President of the European Commission and Commissioner for Transport, Siim Kallas which will take place in Brussels on 18 September.
The key highlight of the conference will be to showcase an interoperability demo with electric vehicles and charging infrastructure from different operators throughout Europe. The demonstration will show how users can easily charge their electric car independently from the EVSE operator. This is made possible via the Green eMotion Marketplace, an ICT Infrastructure developed within the project to allow with a clearinghouse service for roaming.
Come and join us for the conference and the interoperability showcase with the electric cars and the charging systems on display! Register now since only very view places are left.
18 September 2014, Courtyard Hotel, Avenue des Olympiades 6, 1140 Brussels
